Awful wifi and maintenance
June 24, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe wifi is horrible, both the internet provider and the management did very little to help which made things very difficult during WFH. The air conditioning is awful and when I asked maintenance they just said “these are horrible air conditioners in studios” and couldn’t do anything about it. It runs up my bill and doesn’t even cool my apartment. My whole blinds fell down from my window and when maintenance came they said it was horribly installed. Do not rent. Overpriced and cheap quality.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2024I'm sorry to hear about your experience with 700 East. We have a new director of maintenance who is very hands on and proactive. We have repaired and/or replaced all air conditioners. We have also upgraded our internet system to offer faster internet.
Horrible place to rent
