Location is good, not far from freeway. Since PAC purchased the building additional fees have been added almost every other month increasing the rent almost 100$. Not sure if it is legal as we previously did not have to pay water or for trash and now we have too. There is no onsite management which is fine but the floors get cleaned but hired cleaning service that uses strong chemicals causing a strong odor that last for days in the walkways. The water is shut off for repairs at least twice a ...

month. Parking is gated but if you have to park on the street there is none available. There are houses located right across the street which create lots of noise throughout the day, loud cars, music and fights.
