Furnished short term rental.~~Owner pays all utilities ( electric up to $250, water up to $125 ), including WIFI and Fire Stick, Pool, lawn and pest care are included. A dog ( or 2 ) is allowed, under 40 pounds. An additional, nonrefundable, $500 deposit is required for a dog. No smoking is allowed inside the home. Our home will be available September 1, 2025 through March 1, 2026 at the rate of $7500 per month. The month of March could be made available as part of the total lease. We would consider 2 leases for 3 months, with September through December being rented first. The rent would be reduced to $7,000 for a 6 month lease.

About 704 SW 11th Pl
This may be an opportunity for you to get to know the Florida lifestyle whether you are looking for a Florida home or waiting for a home to be built. It is available for up to months from September 1, 2025 through March 1, 2026. No single month leases. Rent will be reduced to $7,000 for a 6 month lease. Our home features a large family room with 4 recliners and a family sized kitchen featuring loads of counter space. You will find plenty of pantry space and cabinets loaded with all of the pots, pans, dishes and serving pieces that you will need. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool & canal. There is also a formal dining room. There are 3 separate sleeping areas. The owner's suite is on one side of the house, while the 3 guest rooms are on either side of the family room. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have views of the canal. The 4th bedroom has a Murphy bed and doubles as an office. The master bath and shower are equipped with safety bars. It is all tiled! There is a dog run for your furry friends. The home is on one of our many Freshwater Canals. Enjoy taking long rides around the canals in our area. We love watching the birds, ducks, turtles, otters and other wildlife that we are lucky enough to see. Very peaceful..... There is a boat dock so bring your boat, canoe or kayak! (the 2 bridges in our system have a clearance of 7.5 feet). We have a sitting area and chiminea on the dock. It is a great place to relax and unwind. The launch is just a few blocks away. There are several salt water (Gulf of America access) boat ramps in Cape Coral as well. The pool is refreshing and we have enjoyed many family gatherings on the large lanai, deck and in the pool! The lanai has a protective fence between the lanai and the pool for safety protection, a soothing fountain and a propane fire pit. Just a few blocks away is Carrabba's, Hurricane's, Bonefish Grill, Texas Tony's, Kohls, Publix along with other stores and restaurants. Enjoy our friendly neighbors and neighborhood. One of the owners is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent. Owner pays all utilities, including WIFI. Pool, lawn and pest care included. A dog (or 2) is allowed, but, no potentially vicious dogs such as Pit Bulls, German Shepherds or Rottweilers. An additional $500 deposit is required for a dog. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The home is only available for 3 months from December 27th through March 30, 2023.. There is also a $125 cleaning fee. Like everyone in our area because of Hurricane Ian, we are experiencing delays in getting screening for the pool cage and other materials. We hope to have these repairs made in the next 60 days. Our home is situated on a fresh water canal, and only minutes from the Gulf and salt water access. We offer 2200' sq. feet with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. All utilities are included, including cable and wifi. Electric up to $250 per month. There is a large swimming pool and Lanai with a fire pit. Its easy to walk down to the dock and feed the turtles or fish.
