I moved out 6 months ago and have not received a refund of the deposit. I was told both in person and writing I would get my full deposit back. Living here was a nightmare. The AC won't get below 80 in the summer and the heat won't keep up with freezing weather because they won't fix the leaking windows. We had our HVAC unit leak and they couldn't find the water shut off for the unit. They refused to shut the water off to the building, I lived on the 9th floor so my neighbors also had their ...

I am very much impressed. I did my research and know that the owner and manager has taken on a huge task in taking over these apartments and townhomes since the heights. That being said I called in and their urgent line states that over flowing toilets and lack of hot cold water or no water was a concern. Called because my down stairs toilet has been over flowing for a while & my upstairs bathroom lost water pressure suddenly last night. Not even 3 minutes later maintenance called me back to ...

Diego to the RESCUE!!!

I'm a four year resident at 717 Ventura South. Last night (9:00 p.m.), I discovered that my carpet was wet, a water leak from upstairs. I, immediately, contacted Diego (apartment manager). His response? I'll be there in five minutes. And, he was!!! He informed me that the leak was, probably, from the hot water heater upstairs. We went upstairs. After explaining the situation to my neighbors, Diego checked their hot water heater. Sure enough, the hot water heater was leaking. Diego turned off the ...

i lived here from 2021-2022. the apartment switched owners in the middle of me living here but it didnt change mg experience over all. there were roaches all over the place, mold in the kitchen due to the AC unit leaking, put in a work order when i first moved in and no one got around to it. the roof inside the apartment collapsed in several places. there was always someone getting arrested outside and people yelling also some of the doors in the apartment were missing and cabinets were falling ...
apart. stove did not work when i moved in and the place was absolutely disgusting. they did not prep for the new tenants and they delayed us moving in for 2 weeks. overall would just look for a better place to live before signing the lease.

Would not advise anyone to live here

I have been without AC most of the summer. 13 work orders since april. This stint I have been without Ac since Aug 4th. It's now Aug 31st. No answer from apartments. They also changed the mail box keys and didn't tell anyone. They can't fix air conditioning for people living there but can remodel all the vacant Apts and raise the rent $300.. Do not rent here.

When I first put in my application and got approved the old employees started saying tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow when it came to me picking up my keys, the day after they new owners came on property and I’m sure they could tell I was MAD. Then they explained they just took over the day before and I explained the situation and they checked my apartment it needed everything appliances blinds carpets cleaned everything. In less that 48 the new manager had my apartment completely move in ready.
