Affordable but not much more
August 6, 2018Having lived in one of the studio apartments for a few years I encountered a number of problems. Bed bugs had been brought into the complex at one point and was a source of distress for me that was not quickly resolved by management. Additionally, while heat was included I frequently found myself cold or shivering during my stay in the winter--sometimes even able to see my breath inside my apartment. The apartments too are not well up kept with many old appliances, unreliable laundry facilities, ...and neglected damage to apartment walls overlooked. Minor crimes do also occur in the area like cars being broken into. Also, don't expect to get back your deposit as the landlord will liberally assess cleaning fees. If you can however overlook these faults its a reasonably priced place within walking distance of some of Milwaukee's attractions.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
