Our apartment has a great open floor plan with lots of natural light and has a/c and heat but lacks good storage. It is in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, a grocery store and post office. However, with its great location being on the main road there is a ton of street noise from cars driving by and people talking on the sidewalks. townhome is above a coffee shop as well which we were originally told by previous tenants that we wouldn't hear any noise from them. However, that is not the case. We hear their music every morning and afternoon and they slam their back door/gate all the time.
