    Initially this place seemed like a nice apartment, but then I was left with a lot maintenance, cleanliness and noise issues. Not only the air conditioning system is inadequate and leaves you freezing in winter, but there is always a bad smell in the apartment entrance and in the halls and the floors are never properly cleaned. The walls are so thin I could hear the guy next-door whisper on his phone!

    I chose to stay in this place since it was close to campus and one of the few (seemingly nice) options in the neighborhood, but I regretted very soon. Since Milwaukee is such a cold place, the heating was really important for me and I was freezing inside for the most part of winter due to poor heating system. My air conditioning and heat didn't work properly for the ENTIRE year that I lived there. I filed over 15 work orders and Kyle, the property manager, kept telling me there was nothing that they could do to fix it due to not having the correct part. The fire alarm has gone off in the middle of the night twice, causing evacuation into the cold. The trash room had visible pooling of water and produced a powerful stench until management resolved.
