August 6, 2015Small 16 unit complex and it's very well maintained. Security gates and covered parking for all units...some have 2 spots. The tenants are nice and quiet but the area can be a little noisy at times. Great cool ocean breeze blows almost every night as we are only 10 blocks away.Review from Apartments.com
