Nice Clean Building

Small 16 unit complex and it's very well maintained. Security gates and covered parking for all units...some have 2 spots. The tenants are nice and quiet but the area can be a little noisy at times. Great cool ocean breeze blows almost every night as we are only 10 blocks away.

The apartment itself is a nice 2-bedroom-2 bath unit. Secure parking, washer/dryer in the unit. The rent is high for the neighborhood but if you can afford it, it is great.
