It is a small complex (14 units), has a pool(cleaned daily), on site laundry room, covered parking, picnic tables, clean, quiet, Apartments have a dining room off the kitchen, central a/c, bathtub & shower, hall closets, screen doors on all doors, some units have small outside storage space, close to all downtown restuarants and events, the metro rail is 1/2 mile away, lots of restuarants, antique stores, variety of grocery stores less than 1/2 mile away. Most of units are on 1st floor only 4 ...

upstairs units. WST paid, For a 1bd rent is less than $600/month, Low deposit, and they offer move in specials. many residents have been here more than 5 years.
