TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

I asked to have the maintenance people to fix or replace my hot water tank because my water would get ice cold in 5 min or less the guy came and said I needed a new tank but the owner just had the guy replace a part and it still did the same thing so I would have to keep turning the water off and on to take a shower and the apartment is the size of a closet The only reason I took the apartment fast
