Great Live/Work Complex
April 23, 2022I chose this apartment building because it is so well kept and has great amenities. The on-site gym is a plus. My two-bedroom unit is great for work from home. There is also a Conference Room that's available to work in or have Zoom meetings. A terrific apartment complex in Thousand Oaks.Review from Apartments.com
High Theft
December 15, 2021Management has not addressed the high rate of mail/ package theft. Multiple tenants have had several packages stolen on more than one occasion. Also costly for its location.Review from Apartments.com
