Bug and rodent infested black mold cheap paint small appliances horrible plumbing apartments and laundry room flood frequently all type of riff raff and drugies in and out at all times of night neighbors will steal your packages maintenance doesn’t like to fix things and when they do it’s halfway done or the mess something else up
