I have lived here for years ! This place is full of cockroaches and mice ! The elevator never works and there’s always homeless people sleeping in the hallways and doing drugs in the stairwells. They says there’s a door man... Where ? When the door is broken half the time and anyone can get in. Packages are always stolen to the point where I need to get them delivered somewhere else. And don’t get me started on the management, All a bunch of horrible people, who could careless about their ...
tenants. I have gotten in countless arguements with them. They have about 25 tenants paying for parking when the parking lot o my has 14 spots ! The amount of times my car has gotten towed can probably pay for 2 months worth of rent. This place NEEDS a surprise inspection of the city ! When it snows they’d rather not pay the employees to come clean so they prefer to pay the $150 fine for not cleaning ! This place SUCKSSSSSSSS :)

I moved into thus apartment with just my son and I. At first I loved it but as time grew it became another child. Its at the corner if the building it doesn't ventilate the rooms are hard to decorate. The carpet sucks AND MICE MICE there are bugs in areas of this house they don't take care of nothing. The building is more worried about getting people to fill the apartment the fix the elevator I almost got stuck with my son and 1year old daughter. I tell people who are looking don't rent from ...
these people. You will Never know who your renting from. They have changed managers 5times in the time I've been here DON'T DO IT IF I HAD MORE MONEY I WOULD GET OUT FAST.
