Tenant pays own electricity and internet. Pets OK with nonrefundable pet fee $400 and pet rent $45/month. Great commute location (I-5, sounder train, JBLM) but tucked away from traffic noise. Tenant Requirements: mysmartmove credit and criminal background check done after touring the home. Verification of rental history, and verification of employment/income history through additional application form.. We don't expect perfection, but you need a credit score of at least 650. No felonies in last 10 years. No gross misdemeanors in last 5 years. No evictions. No smoking, vapeing or drugs. Combined Gross income of tenants must be 3x rent. Cosignors with good credit scores and income can help you with credit and income requirements. First and last month's rent and utilities plus security deposit equal to one months rent due via cashiers check at move in.
