I lived here a few years ago and had to relocate to San Jose due for family reasons. I recently had a work opportunity which would have me in Gilroy or Santa Clara and because of my experience here from before I really wanted to be in Gilroy. Unfortunately, the apartments have been occupied for the last few years and I was waitlisted. This was a great place for me and my children, the owners treat you like family and the neighbors I had made me feel like we were all part of a community where ...
everyone looked out for each other. There were minor repairs and issues that come with living in an apartment but there was a property manager onsite and he was really good about taking time from his day to help out with whatever needed to be fixed or checked. Also, the owner made it very clear that he or his son would always be available if the property manager couldn't get to something promptly. I hope there is an availability soon!

this place is horrible anywhere else would be better nothing is ever fixed. nothing no matter how much you bring it up it will never be fixed owner will sometimes just enter the apartment with no consent. when the owner tries to fix anything he will break things and make everything worse and just leave it broken saying he fixed it when its obvious that it is broken. their a cockroaches and bugs everywhere. never comes around to check just comes and collects his money and disappears. don't waste ...
your money in this place its not worth it you will just be robbed of your money for a home that is a mess and shouldn't even be considered a home. this is just a warning the final decision is on you.
