I Regret Moving Here EVERYDAY !!!! I’ve Lived Here For Over 3 Years And The Way This Building Has Went Down It’s Ridiculous ! The Lady In The Office With The Glasses (KELLY) Attitude Is Disgusting ! Ever Since They Changed The Staff It’s Been Nothing But Issues ! ALL The Gates Are BROKEN And Have Been For Over A Year ! The Maintenance Team Has Been Reduced To TWO People And Nothing Gets Done !!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ACTUALLY NON EXISTENT ! They’re Worried About Hitting A Quota And The Building ...
Is Disgusting ! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES ! I Could Go On But I Won’t !!! PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE !!!! It’s Homeless People Sleeping In The Staircases - This Has Been Brought Up NUMEROUS Times ! They Do Nothing To Fix The Issues. Trash Sits In The Hallways For Daysss ! Everyone In The Office Acts Like You’re Doing Them A Favor. They Take ZERO Action When Things Go Wrong. They Refuse To Give Contact Information For Corporates Number ! The Hallways Are Disguising ! Calling This “Luxury” Is A Joke ! The Building Is Cheaply Made And You Can Hear Everything In The Next Unit, Emails And Calls Go Unanswered, And Service Requests Are Frequently Ignored Or Closed Without Being Addressed. It’s The Glorified Projects !!! I’ve Complained About A Man Sleeping In Front Of My Door (On Multiple Occasions !) When I Went To The Office The Solution They Gave Was To Call The Police- Instead Of FIXING The Gates And Security System That We Pay For. If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would ! The Attitude, Entitlement From The Staff In The Office Is Beyond Me. When Emeri & Jessicia Worked Here, Things Got Resolved In A Timely Manner. The Elevator Was BROKEN All Summer, They Gave Us The Run Around About It The Whole Time. When I Spoke To The New Girl On The Phone (8/28) She Told Me “I’m Doing You A Curtsey By Answering The Phone Because We Have New Move Ins That We’re Focused On” … What Kind Of Service Is That For People Who Have Lived Here For Almost 3 Years. I Actually Count Down The Days Until I Leave This DUMP !
Again - It’s MANY Places You Can Pick From, Pick Somewhere Else ! Unless You’re Comfortable With Random Homeless People Staying Living In The Staircases And Lackluster Customer Service Then This Is The Place For You.
