800 West One College apartments
August 3, 2015It's an apartment complex for college kids and little families. They have a laundromat on site which needs to be cleaned most of of the time. They have two play grounds. One of them is covered in sand. Well, I found animal feces in it . It is used as a litter box not to mention the trash in it like bottle caps. We live in a lower level apartment and every other morning at 3:00am the sprinklers start and I have to shut the windows to keep the water out . It's pretty quiet here mostly except for ...the trains that come through town at different hours of the day which I don't mind to much. It would be nice to have a see- saw in the sand box. There is room for it . It has mainly two swings and a little car that you sit on because it's to hard to rock on.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
