of all). The management company did send out the maintenance staff whenever I called. Their was a musty smell in the apartment that I thought, originally, was from being closed up. I was wrong. I brought a humidifier and was dumping literally 3 to 4 gallons of water out of the bin a day. I didn't reach out to management right away but first tried to see if the humidifier would help along with cedar pellets and a variety of other items such as Damp-Ex bags. I finally reached out to the management company and they put the blame on me for letting my dog in and out of the door (the dog was 7 pounds and lived with me for a total of 2 months). I paid to have my apartment assessed for moisture by a professional and sent the report in to Bogs Management and the owner of the property (no response from the owner) asking for correction - nothing more. I didn't want to move because I really liked the apartment. I was given a non-renewal notice instead of correction. I didn't have money to through away on an attorney to force correction and Indiana laws are very landlord friendly; I learned the hard way but moved along. Once again, loved the layout and the location but the Bogs Management was not interested in keeping me as a resident since I complained about a problem that can cause, in my opinion, some serious health issues. Use caution when dealing with Bogs Management and renting at this property.
