Great Location, great management and maintenance staff
May 8, 2026I love this location and living here. The staff have been friendly, helpful, and consistent. The maintenance staff is the best I've ever had. Have not had any issues living here and very much enjoyed my time here. Some really big drawbacks
August 30, 2022I live here currently. The building is nice on the surface, but has a lot of faults. Some of the big ones: there is a *rancid* smell in some of the areas of the parking that builds up over time because they dump grease from the retail above. It's bad. Like cover your nose every time you walk up. They sometimes spray deodorizer that lasts a few days, but you'll see everyone pile into the elevator covering their noses on "off" weeks. Ask them about that when they're giving you a tour.Review from Apartments.com
