Some really big drawbacks
August 30, 2022I live here currently. The building is nice on the surface, but has a lot of faults. Some of the big ones: there is a *rancid* smell in some of the areas of the parking that builds up over time because they dump grease from the retail above. It's bad. Like cover your nose every time you walk up. They sometimes spray deodorizer that lasts a few days, but you'll see everyone pile into the elevator covering their noses on "off" weeks. Ask them about that when they're giving you a tour.Review from Apartments.com
Noisy
March 9, 2017This building is noisy. The gardeners wake everyone up at 7:30 in the morning. Management doesn't seem to care, despite numerous complaints.Review from Apartments.com
