Living in 1940
August 11, 2015Great area, and normally very nice tenants throughout the building. The only downfall for this place is that it's a pre-war building, which means nothing has been renovated in this place for quite a bit. The super is a jerk, and basically gives everyone an attitude. The management company is non-existent. At least the rent is not super crazy! The area itself is awesome, right near the train, gyms, and parks with bike paths. Tons of opportunity
July 20, 2015Very nice, pre-war building. Very spacious apartments for a good price, less than two blocks' walk to subway (E & F). Plenty of amazing restaurants and great bar scene within walking distance. Elevators and laundry in the building. The only downside; it's near the LIRR, not something our realtor mentioned, but all the pros outweigh this one con by far.Review from Apartments.com
