Living here is Ok. The manager is so bad, they cut the locker of your bike without noticing you. Everytime, when I go to the office to take my package, the package is not that place. I checked the delivery status. it shows that it has been deliveded to the office. I asked the manager, she told me she know nothing. When I went back home and then went to the office again, the package will appear in the office. I don't know why. It seems that the package has legs...So bad manager! I recommand you ...

807 west is close to UCR and the manager Jamie made renting and moving in easy even though I wasn't in Riverside to physically sign papers. The property is great and is well taken care of. Definitely would recommend :)

The apartments themselves are not too bad. However, the management is another story. They are never on top of their organization or updates as to what your status is for securing an apartment. For example, if you are missing any paperwork they still need from you, they don't notify you like normal employees/ management staff do. They say nothing at all and if you like to make sure everything is in order and take the initiative to email them about an update, then you'll save yourself from ...

surprise. But if you just assume everything is worked out and fine then, come move in date, you'll most likely not have the apartment you thought you already secured. Additionally, if they need all renters to fill out a form, they don't email everyone the attachment, they just email it to one person in hopes that you will relay the message to the others (they don't even mention that they need everyone to fill out the form). Moreover, they tend to always ask for paperwork that supposedly wasn't received, but in reality, everything was sent altogether in one file and they can't even find it? I've never experienced such terrible service/management. I sincerely hope they hire better employees who are actually qualified for the management position. I don't recommend others renting with 807 West unless it is truly your last option. Save yourself all the frustration and difficulties.

Worst Management in Riverside

The manager does not know how to manage a property and all the residents have conflicts or some type of problem with her about payment, maintaining the property and keeping it clean and micromanaging every person instead of focussing on the community as a whole to make this place a good place to live. Worst experience ever , The manager harassed me and my service animal multiple times and didn't even care about me or any of the other residents. She loses all your paperwork and it takes for ever ...

to accomplish any task with her because she lacks knowledge about any material and is very slow at accomplishing any task herself. She even lies to your face and gives you false information making you worry for no apparent reason. like for example my roomate here asked her the same questions as I did regarding our lease agreement and she tells me one thing and my roomate another and we get all our paperwork messed up and then she lost the original copies. Management can't be trusted and same units here go for different prices and they scam the residents same units in same place cost differently from each other when the only price difference should be depending what floor u are on. Apartments are new but with the management here and the problems they cause makes living here an awful experience.
