These apartments are very spacious, but are cheap quality. Pretty much all of the doors in the apartment do not fit the frames well and don't shut properly-this is a problem for the front and back doors as well, unless you weather strip the doors you will lose most of your heat in the winter, and have many little critters sliding under the doors in the summer months. Being college apartments you get what you expect, loud parties on the weekends and not exactly clean hallways, but I do notice they ...
make an effort to keep the place clean. Overall these apartments are quite large, with high ceilings and a large living/kitchen space, all of the appliances and A/C are reliable, but you would expect them to be built more sturdy for the price you pay. I would be willing to bet these things will be falling apart by 2020.
