Upon first glance, this apartment was perfect. Very spacious rooms with a 2 car garage in a nice area for a very affordable price. Everything about this apartment would be great if the landlord actually cared though. There have been things that we've been bringing up since the beginning of our lease (jan 1, 2015) that she's been saying she will get to but never has. Definite roach problem that everyone seems to be ignoring. And neighbors that call the cops when you're sitting on your balcony late ...
at night having a beer with your roommate. I guess that last one can be a pro or con depending how you look at it. Besides these outside factors, the apartment itself is great (minus the things that don't work, like AC and dish washer). There is also an onsite laundry and pool which are very convenient.
