Spacious studio with high ceilings
August 2, 2015the apartment is a large 70 plus unit building. It has an older feel to it and is in fare condition. The upside to a 6 story building is the elevator. The superintendent does a good job of keeping the building tidy. The residents are a mixed bunch from college students to retirees from various backgrounds. It's in a safe neighborhood with great food and convenience to Manhattan. Avenue H stop on Q train is a 3 minute walk away.Review from Apartments.com
