We absolutely love our home and this community. It truly feels like a place we can call home. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly, professional, and always responsive. Amy, the Property Manager, and her assistant, Zariyah, are amazing! We mostly communicate with Zariyah, and she is always so kind, patient, and helpful. Cortland Park 83 is a beautiful place to live. I enjoy the unit that we live in... I enjoy the scenic drive through the property. The community had a brunch for residents in the Community Center. While it was a lovely opportunity, I was saddened that there was not one staff person there. The only non-resident was the caterer. THAT, to me, was the opposite of hospitality.
