Write a ReviewLocated in the northern tier of Georgia along the scenic banks of the Vickery Creek, Roswell is a thriving city in the Peach State that comes complete with an growing economic base as well as plenty of that Georgia natural beauty that the south in known for. Offering plenty of charm to spare and a whirlwind of amenities, this is one destination well worthy of serious consideration for the potential resident.
Founded in 1830 by an explorer name Roswell King, the city soon became home to the largest cotton gin in northern Georgia. By 1939 a number of churches and stately manors had sprouted around the city, including the famed and still-standing Bulloch Hall, and through the years Roswell has only continued to experience steady growth as an industry town.
Roswell apartment residents can expect four seasons, complete with hot summers and chilly, occasionally snow-filled winters. Spring tends to be rainy and moist, while the autumn nights are crisp and highlighted by colorful leaf displays.
Most of those living in and around Roswell rentals utilize a car or truck to get around on the day to day, although bus service is available on a limited basis throughout the city. Taxis and ride sharing options are also popular, and even bicycling has grown in esteem in recent years. Rail is not readily available in Roswell, although Amtrak can be found in Atlanta and beyond.

Most major television networks are readily available to those living in Roswell apartments as well, thanks to a variety of local affiliates.
Home to a number of well-regarded school as well as plenty of local industry, Roswell earns top marks in a variety of categories. Combining effortless southern charm with a brisk-yet-relaxed pace, this Georgia city is popular with good cause. Add to that a wide reaching span of public park land, and it's easy to see why the city was named in CNN's recent 'Top 100 Places To Live' listing.
