We lived here for two years from 2020 to 2022, and we have enough evidence and right to say the following things. It was a great apartment at the beginning, with enough space and a reasonable price in west LA except that our WASHER AND DRYER CANNOT BE USED from the first day of our move-in. The first year also went well except there were a bunch of COCKROACHES living on our apartment rooftop (private rooftop), and except that the ELEVATOR ONLY WORKS OCCASIONALLY. In the second year, the ...

COCKROACHES FAMILY MOVE INTO OUR APARTMENT because A RAT TOOK OVER THE ROOFTOP. At the same time, the appliance frequently not working(toilet, dishwasher, AC, elevator, garage door). Before our move out the REFREGIRITOR WAS UNFUNCTIONAL FOR ONE MONTH and THE OWNER DOESN'T FIX IT AT ALL. After we move out, the owner DOES NOT RETURN ANY DEPOSIT and DO NOT PROVIDE ITEMIZED LIST for the move-out inspection. Please live here if you want to experience all the above.
