July 8, 2025I am entering my third year living at 865, and I love the location! As a student at JMU, it is located close to campus while still providing me with space away from the school atmosphere. The most respectful people worked as the assistants and managing, I would say they did a fine job at staying in contact and making sure everyone was satisfied with the residency.
