August 22, 2022Where should I begin the mangers there are very rude and won't let you finish your sentence. The washroom is disgusting they don't care about it. The Washer and dryers are not up to date. The Apartment is infested with roaches and no matter who many times you ask them to spray more come out the walls. It's not a safe place to live in they don't care about the noise complaints you tell them about. They don't help you with payment arrangements. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!! Horrible!!!!!
August 12, 2019Do. Not. Move. Here. The maintenance team takes forever to fix anything. The apartments are infested with roaches, no matter what you do or how clean your apartment is. Worst apartment ever
July 4, 2018You pay for what you get! It literally was falling apart the moment I moved in. The dryers in the laundry area never worked and if you tried to get your money back they give you the run around. Roaches took over my apartment and it took them a whole month to send an exterminator. DONT DO IT! Save your money and find something better.Review from Apartments.com
Sucks
March 8, 2018We moved in at the beginning of the year. Leasing was easy, the maintenance sucks. Getting a hold of them is impossible. We have had numerous issues and they take their sweet time repairing them when you can get ahold of someone on the phone. Complex always has peoples trash laying around everywhere, nobody cleans up after their dogs so you always have to watch your step. Laundry room is nasty, most machines don't even work. Cars getting broken into, car emblems being stolen. Ironically, the ones ...getting caught doing damage to cars are Mexicans. Gates being closed and locked up without any notice (real incovienance to residents). We were told being they were under new ownership, they are improving the complex. Its getting worse. We've been harassed by the local cops while getting out of our cars. They claim the complex is a breed restricted complex.. Hmmmm no it isn't. There is no security in the complex at all. Really need some when numerous residents are complaining about theft. The pictures on the website aren't actually reality, this complex is dirty. Sewage pouring into the parking lot and making it smell horrible, trash dumpsters are overflowing. Roaches are huge issue in complex. Most likely we WONT be renewing our lease!!! Add on a year later: DON'T MOVE IN THESE COMPLEXES!!! this place has gotten worse since the 3rd owner has taken over. Apts and cars getting broken into weekly, cars being stolen weekly, neighbors fighting and being extremely loud at midnight, trash still laying around everywhere, someone walking around robbing tenants at gunpoint at night and the office staff doesn't care at all. Pretty sad.. they had security that came around every couple hrs when we moved in, and now with the new owner he's too cheap to pay for it. All these changes are happening without any notice from the office. This can't be legal..Now they aren't renewing anyone's leases because the new owner wants to tear it down and build a parking structure. Horrible!!!!!!
November 10, 2017I was trying for two weeks to get approved and I had everything I needed in order to get moved in to the apartment, the staff was finding any and every reason to stop me from moving in. To sum up the situation, the manager denied me because I had a job that was two hours away and they didn’t think I was going to be able to commute and pay rent. Not a very legitimate reason. Anyways if you are looking at these because of the price I would suggest going to Savannah apartments across the street, I ...got approved and moved in within 2 days and the staff was amazing! October 6, 2017Those of you who wrote about how the staff are liars and deceivers, you are so right! I got approved for an apartment over a month who and was told they had plenty of the floor plan that I wanted. Then when I brought my hold money, they showed me an apartment that was totally different from the one I wanted. Not to mention, it wasn't even on the first floor like I had asked. After I requested my money back, suddenly they had the apartment I wanted.
