July 19, 2025I’ve been living in this apartment for a few days . Overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is incredibly convenient—close to grocery stores, public transit, and restaurants. The building itself is well-maintained, and management is responsive to maintenance requests. My unit is spacious, with plenty of natural light and modern appliances. Noise levels are generally low, which makes it a comfortable place to relax or work from home. July 15, 2025So far so good. Everyone has been so nice and attentive! Move in was easy and the community is so beautiful. I love the park we have on 8th and the views from our roof are absolutely stunning. June 27, 2025Coffee machine should be 24 hours free, always breaking down. All community events are during working hours, leasing staff doesn’t answer phone calls. June 20, 2025Been here for a week, building and unit is great, staff is kind and helpful. The unit has new appliances and a lot of light. There’s even free coffee in the morning which I’ll definitely use!Property Manager Responded

June 19, 2025I appreciate the pet-friendly environment here, but I believe the value for the price could be improved by enhancing the maintenance of common facilities and reducing the strong odor from the trash rooms in the hallways.
