Roaches!

Apartment is remodeled as stated but the building has a huge roach infestation! They showed me and my husband the apartment in August 2024. That day there was bug spray left on the floor (we thought nothing of it). We gave them a non-refundable deposit along with first months rent. The man taking our rent ("Drew") canceled our contract because we did not pay fast enough and had to ask him to reinstate it. He was very rude in the beginning but apologized later on. Turns out he was desperate for ...
someone to take the apartment bc of the roaches! In 3 weeks they began to come out and have not stopped! Tenants moved in and left within a week because of them. Don not trade places with what we have been through. We have no peace in here. The roaches and ruined our ability to enjoy the newly renovated apt.
