Renters Reviews and Ratings
No More Than A Year
March 6, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I moved in, the next door neighbor said people don’t stay longer than a year in my unit and I can see why. The apartment I rented, I didn’t really look at, so that was my fault. When I moved in, I realized how FILTHY everything is. Despite the lease requesting exorbitant amounts of money to make repairs upon move out, I moved into an apartment that wasn’t painted, cleaned, or maintained at all. The refrigerator shelf was broken, the ceiling in the bathroom was damaged, the window blinds were ...broken and moldy, the bathroom tiles are broken, the tub was dirty and peeling, even the oven was FILTHY. Management isn’t onsite so I guess they just post pictures from when a unit was at its best but most of the units have not been updated or maintained. Even when they replaced the windows, the company said they were told to put the same broken blinds back up. I expect all of my security deposit back when I move out because it was a dump when I moved in. Luckily I was able to make some repairs myself because if not, I would’ve broken my lease and slept in my car. That’s how bad it was. I like the neighborhood and the repairs I can make myself but I wouldn’t recommend. They also post the rent as one amount but the lease requests a monthly fee that raises the rent more than the posted amount. I like the neighborhood, so if they rent it cheap enough, you’re handy, and like the neighborhood, I would recommend otherwise. Run away.Read More

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
