So much space!

The kitchen is on the small side. Kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated. And sometimes it takes awhile to get things fixed. I've lived here five years because that's all I can find to complain about and you simply can't find a better space for the price ANYWHERE else in LA.
I have three closets in my room alone (two walk-ins.) That kind of storage is priceless here, especially if you have hobbies which require lots of gear like I do.

The neighborhood is walkable and quiet, in spite of its central location. The building itself is small with less than 15 units, so you get a small town friendly vibe with everyone, which makes this big city feel less daunting. Parking is included in a garage under the building, so there's no need to worry about street parking (although it is amply available when you have guests).
