Not Great, But OKay | Building In Great South Bronx Location | Concourse Section
September 5, 2015Out of all the buildings and locations I've lived in The Bronx, I will give this building a 7/10. The location is great for easy commute to Manhattan and is a safe neighborhood. I feel safe going out late at night whenever necessary. The building is better maintained than other buildings I know. Pros: 1. Quiet building, seldom you hear tenants quarrelling. 2. Close to all transportation (bus, subway trains, metro north, taxis) 3. Safe neighborhood. Next to The Bronx County Supreme Court. 4. ...Located in the the administrative section of The Bronx - South Bronx. 5. Clean, 6/10. An okay clean compared to many building in The Bronx. Hallway/Staircase are clean daily. 6. Close to shops and supermarkets 7. Great location for easy commute to Manhattan. 8. Close to Yankee Stadium. 9. Rent okay. Cons: 1. Workup building 2. Old building as the majority are 3. Hard to see the super. 4. You have to work down to the back of the building to drop garbage. 5. Sometimes doorbell don't work (they are fixing it though) 6. If one of the hall/staircase light goes off, it will take two or three days to be fixed. Overall, it's an okay building. Still have 2 years leas. :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
