March 30, 2023Stinky and dirty old carpet in the lobby and hallways. Easy access to the building for homeless and strangers, forget to order something from Amazon, it’ll be most likely stolen. Soundproofing in the building close to zero. You’ll listen everything what’s going on behind the walls and your ceiling will be shaking very often.This place was built in 1972.
