October 6, 2023I applied because rent is cheap, and the location is close to my job and bus routes. It's all I can afford as a single mom. Staff is friendly, and the neighbors are nice. Maintenance is pretty good about answering requests too. That being said, I've lived here for a month and the place itself is just in awful condition. They made me wait a month because they needed to get my apartment ready, which I get, but honestly they should've asked me to wait longer and I would have. I've had to call ...maintenance a bunch of times in one month. My bathroom sink didn't drain, first day. Next week my kitchen sink was leaking. My window knob broke and needed replacement, my ceiling leaked and now my carpet is currently soaked too. they're going to clean it tomorrow but it sat for so long, odds are there's going to be mold under there. And worse... There are roaches. They put in some bait, so hopefully that gets rid of them. But I'm not dumb. If one apartment has roaches, the whole building will have them and the little bastards will come back. But like I said, maintenance is good about answering requests and the people in charge of the building are kind and understanding. So hopefully things will be better in the next year. I'm giving 2 stars because I'm hoping it'll improve. This place stresses me out, though.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
March 31, 2021DO NOT STAY HERE. Maintenance DOES NOT respond. Cockroaches are everywhere and when you report, they ignore! Wholes through both window and AC unit. If I could give a 0/5 I would. Theres a strange man who lives in the unit that randomly knocks on your door and looks through your peephole(appears to be on drugs). There are many more problems PLEASE DONT STAY HERE.Review from Apartments.com
