Place to call home
September 22, 2023I had the privilege of residing at the San Pasquel apartment building for several years, and I can wholeheartedly say it was an exceptional living experience. There were several aspects of my time there that truly stood out, making it a place I fondly remember. First and foremost, the sense of community and the kindness of my neighbors were truly remarkable. From the day I moved in, I was warmly welcomed into a close-knit community of residents who made living at San Pasquel feel like being part ...of a big, caring family. It was comforting to know that I had such wonderful neighbors around who were always ready to lend a helping hand or simply share a friendly chat in the hallway. One of the standout features of San Pasquel was the exceptional building manager, Josh. He went above and beyond to ensure that the tenants' needs were met and that the building was a safe and pleasant place to live. Josh's dedication to his role was evident in every interaction I had with him. What truly touched my heart and made my experience at San Pasquel unforgettable was how Josh continued to look after my elderly mother after I left the state. He took it upon himself to ensure her well-being, making sure that any maintenance or repairs needed in her unit were promptly addressed. Josh also took the extra step of personally delivering any packages to her door, sparing her the inconvenience of carrying them herself. Josh's attentiveness and genuine care for the residents, especially my mother, were nothing short of exceptional. His compassion and dedication to his role made San Pasquel feel like more than just an apartment building; it felt like a place where people truly cared about one another.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Unresponsive leasing team
February 6, 2021I tried reaching out to them multiple times over email and phone. No email response and for when you call, back office picks up the call and says they will notify leasing office to call me and they never call you. This happened for past 2-3 days.Review from Apartments.com
