Been trying to contact them for a week to check on availability. No answer, no call back, no email back. I read the management is bad and its already showing.

Nice units. Perfect for those who are just starting out on thier own. Great location PCC adjacent. Units are very small with thin walls but very comfortable. Tons of restaurants and bars withing walking distance. underground parking available for am addition fee. Most neighbors are pretty mellow.

For low income apt its consider pricey. Noises from surrounded areas, seems like the wall is thin.

This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
