      I have been living here in this complex for over two years. The office staff has always been very helpful and this new maintenance team has been great. I would definitely recommend this place. I actually referred my mom and received a $250 rent credit.

      The apartments are quite pricey but the bark park is definitely a fabulous incentive to stay. My dog and I love going there once or twice daily. My dog doesnt love the idea of sharing her ball so its great she can run free for a bit and get some exercise in.

      Beautiful grounds with shareable outdoor spaces. Interiors are very nice for the price if you have one of the upgraded units. Management team is very helpful and accommodating, and it's very well located for easy on-off the freeway, access to the American River Parkway, and the charming downtown Fair Oaks.
