Worst apartments ever
August 21, 2025If I could give 0 stars I would!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY BEFORE YOU SIGN THEIR LEASE CONTRACT. First and foremost this place is masked with things such as “convenient location” etc. Being that’s the case, it does not make anything good about this literal DUMP of a place. These units are infested with roaches that lay eggs, amongst being old as literal dirt. They are poorly maintained and when an issue arises not only will they take forever to “address” the concern but most times they will ...just “patch” up something to hold it over until it becomes a problem again. The cherry on top is their lease terms which don’t charge you initial utilities just so they can add it to the final bill along with the final utilities combined so you’re deposit that’s comes back to you is little to NOTHING. Living here was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in my whole entire life from top to bottom. The staff, management, maintenance, you name it. If you don’t believe me, just look at all the other negative reviews you read on here and see for yourself. Just my Review
January 26, 2025This is my second time living here. I lived here for 2 1/2 years the first time and I have been here 6 months now. I plan on buying something in a year or so. Yes the apartments are old but they are clean and the maintenance staff will fix the issue quickly. They are affordable for the area. The office staff is nice and friendly and some even live on property. You have to learn how to work the A/C system as it is on a boiler and the heat will cut on when the weather gets below I believe 55 ...even if you have the A/C on. This is in the building units I am not sure of the other units. The property manager is very nice and if you have any issue she will sit with you to discuss it and help you out if she can. Due to family circumstances they are allowing me to transfer to a smaller unit without any problem. They have many pools that are always clean. The grounds are always clean even with all the dogs that residents have. The only issue would be parking. When these apartments were built families only had 1 car now families have two or more cars so parking can get a little tricky. Come by and see for yourself ask for Russ and tell him F35 sent you.Property Manager Responded

Old Apartments Falling Apart
December 4, 2024At the time of this review, I've lived here for just about 6 months and I would warn others to stay away from renting here. For months, I've had issues with water leaking into my bedroom through the sliding glass door. I've submitted several service requests across that time and I'm still not sure if it's fixed completely. I talked to my next door neighbor and they said they've had that same issue for over a year. A few weeks ago, there was a sewage issue and as a result there were puddles of ...human sewage outside (brown with toilet paper scraps). The neighborhood is prone to flooding and the units + infrastructure are falling apart due to their old age. They also charge you crazy amounts on water bills AND sewage bills. June 18, 2021The "one" positive is location. Old apartments nothing works. Especially heat and cold for your apartment. The windows leak heat and cold. Water roof leaks monthly. Great price, friendly staff, good location
June 16, 2021Yolanda helped my husband and I find the perfect unit. She was friendly and quick to handle our application process. I love the place, for an older building I can tell it's well maintained. Reading some of the reviews I think they didn't take into account of the freeze we had as well as the age of the building. Great property
August 19, 2020Super affordable, very convenient location with direct access to I 10 and 610 freeways. Within 5 miles you have everything you would need for a day-to-day no more than eight minute trips for whatever you can think of including high luxury retail shopping to urban outdoor parks and recreational hot spots. Amazing maintenance staff they work so hard and are super friendly. You can’t beat IKEA, Dave & Busters being 4 minutes away! Really great place to live and call homeProperty Manager Responded

Health Hazard
April 15, 20202 stars for its great location and friendly staff. But if your health is important to you, than this complex is not for you. Constant leaks, mold, and water issues are only part of the issues we've had since we moved in 4 months ago. I lost many of my personal belonging due to an AC leak we were not informed of before moving in, inside the STORAGE CLOSET... so if you have important documents/ items the storage closet is not the place for them. Save yourself the loss. Also, AC goes out ...occasionally. Dishwasher has never been used and our kitchen started developing a bad smell and couldn't figure out where it was coming from... until we opened the washer...roaches are an issue also.. Terrible Moving Out Experience
August 14, 2019I would first like to start off saying that my entire experience with the complex was not awful. In fact, Ms Yolanda was exceptional and really listens to your complaints. You can tell she truly cares. However the moving out experience was awful. I have never left a bad review in my life. When you move out they will for sure charge you for the entire cost of the carpet replacement even if there is one spot. This can cost you at least $1,500. It’s in your lease agreement that you will pay this ...price even if there is a stain on small area. I was not able to argue that because it is in the agreement. Please be mindful of this and know you will be held at this expense. Even after getting charged for the carpet replacement they will also charge you for the cost to vacuum the new carpet as well. This review is less about me complaining but more to warn other renters. I really enjoyed the apartment and the size of the unit, but the move out experience had to be the worst.
