The property is old and appears to suffer from poor maintenance. Whenever it rains, parts of the property flood, creating ongoing problems for residents. The electrical system also seems outdated and unreliable. During my time here, I experienced electrical issues that damaged some of my personal electronics, and power outages were a recurring concern. However, the real problems started after moving out. What appeared to be an ordinary apartment rental turned into a stressful and frustrating ...
experience. After leaving, I was faced with unexpected charges and bills that I did not believe were properly justified. At that point, it felt like residents were left with only two choices: either pay a large amount of money to avoid potential damage to their credit, or spend months dealing with disputes, collections, and endless headaches. My experience left me feeling that management was far more focused on collecting money than treating former residents fairly. If you decide to rent here, make sure you keep detailed records of everything and be prepared for potential issues when it comes time to move out.

We moved into 9900 on memorial a little over a year ago and we absolutely love it. The price is fantastic for the amount of space you get, and the neighborhood is so charming and walkable. It feels very quiet and safe and we love that there is always a security guard on duty. Maintenance has also been very prompt if weve needed something fixed. I would reccomend this community to anyone who asks and we plan to stay for a long time!

Been here over 6 months now , I absolutely love living at this apartment community! I've had an great experience living at 9900 memorial- the staff is always willing to make time to tend to my needs - We haven't had one thing that wasn't addressed as soon as it came up. The grass is always cut & clean, the parking lots are tended to daily, trash is always picked up, gardening always changes with the season. Its very nice to walk out to a community like this! The people are friendly and we would recommend this complex to anyone. Its a great value for the cost.

Honestly one of my favorite places I’ve lived at. You’re super close to i10 and 610 so you can get to where you need to go. My commute is usually 15-25 minutes to get around now. Maintenance works fast and there’s multiple layouts from 1-3 bedroom apartments or townhomes. Security patrols at night and often and a 24/7 gym.

Living here with my family has been such a great experience! The property is always clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. Worst apartments ever

If I could give 0 stars I would!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY BEFORE YOU SIGN THEIR LEASE CONTRACT. First and foremost this place is masked with things such as “convenient location” etc. Being that’s the case, it does not make anything good about this literal DUMP of a place. These units are infested with roaches that lay eggs, amongst being old as literal dirt. They are poorly maintained and when an issue arises not only will they take forever to “address” the concern but most times they will ...
just “patch” up something to hold it over until it becomes a problem again. The cherry on top is their lease terms which don’t charge you initial utilities just so they can add it to the final bill along with the final utilities combined so you’re deposit that’s comes back to you is little to NOTHING. Living here was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in my whole entire life from top to bottom. The staff, management, maintenance, you name it. If you don’t believe me, just look at all the other negative reviews you read on here and see for yourself. I wish I could’ve gone back in time and done the same or I would have never stepped foot through those doors.
