Roaches for Roommates.
December 5, 2025Reposting due to previous deleted review. This apartment building has a high turnover rate. People move in to move right back out at the end of their lease. Please do not be fooled by the cheaper rent. After a while, walking up and down the stairs with no elevator will get tiring. The laundry room is filthy. You see roaches crawling around the trash chute. Tenants will be blamed for anything that’s wrong. Building repairs are slow and everything is a band aid fix at most. Please, please, ...please do not move here! You will be locked into a headache of a lease & your new roommates will be roaches. Oh! And amongst a rent increase, you’ll get your security deposit increased yearly. The tandem parking is nice but weekend street parking can be a pain when the restaurant, Leo & Lily, is open. Disclaimer. I’m a former tenant. I searched and did not find any reviews of this place before moving in. Im hoping to save at least one person from this building and not having to live amongst roaches.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
