AMP lofts is the first larger apartment building I have lived in. The amenities and service have made my first month a very enjoyable experience. I was very hesitant to to live anywhere near downtown when I first started searching for a new place, but the neighborhood is so great, conveniently located, and walkable, with lots of great businesses nearby. Been here for a year now & AMPLOFT has been a wonderful place to live. The community is respectful & positive. The building is always kept clean smelling good by the team. Issues are always taken care with hrs. The gym is great place to be & workout & if you'll like to swim after the pool is only afew steps away. I will definitely renew my lease for sure.

I am a fairly new resident but so far living here has been excellent. Their maintenance and service team is fantastic, I can submit a request before I leave to work and by the time I arrive home the work has been completed. the maintenance work is also quality work. The leasing team is very helpful and my favorite part is how good the sound insulation is between apartments, i never hear a peep from any of my neighbors and vice versa which is great.

I love AMP! I feel super safe here, everyone is friendly, and we’re walking distance from a lot of cool restaurants and shops. You get the downtown feel without the overwhelming amount of hustle and bustle.
