Not even close to worth it
August 5, 2025Very dirty more often than not, the amenities are in terrible shape. Pretty sure they stopped cleaning for the summer. Dead bugs in the gym for days and they don’t even replace wipes for tenants to clean things ourselves. It would maybe help if the management wasn’t absolutely atrocious. If you try to bring issues up, they take it personally, talk over you, give you a million reasons for their bad work, and even insult you.Property Manager Responded

Nice inside, but not worth the headache or hassle
November 7, 2024The inside of the apartment is nice, and some units have recently been upgraded. I have lived her for several years and the place is going downhill fast. Major issues here are trash, lack of parking, gates frequently not working and inaccurate charges on accounts. This used to be a nice place to live, but not anymore.Property Manager Responded

May 5, 2023The Ridge at Lowry has been a positive experience for me. I have lived here for two years now and I have had ZERO major issues that would make me want to leave. I have had some mishaps with water (washing machine) but the maintenance crew jumped right on it and took care of it. The people in the office and the maintenance crew are nice and friendly and eager to help you solve any issue you may have.Review from Apartments.com

September 30, 2022I would not recommend living here to anyone. There is constant issue with my rent being charged incorrectly, homeless people living within the gated parking lot & not being towed so there is no enforcement of that policy either. Neighbors are not considerate at all of their surroundings & constantly play music that I can hear & feel.Review from Apartments.com
