Horrible management and communication
April 26, 2026It has been terrible living here these past couple months. A pipe burst caused a ton of damage and we were forced to relocate. It’s been two months and there is still a lot of damage in the building, which is making it really hard to live here. We were told we would be getting a month of free rent because of the situation, but now they’re going back on their word. Stressful Situation Made Worse by Management
April 20, 2026I had a really awful experience living here. A pipe burst caused major damage and forced many tenants to move out temporarily. Management told us we’d be getting a free month of rent but then went back on that and said we are rent responsible. It honestly feels really unfair and misleading. We couldn’t even live in our apartment, and now we’re expected to pay like nothing happened? The communication has been all over the place, and it’s clear they’re not standing by what they told us. December 31, 2025I love living at ARQ, the location is perfect when you work in DTLA or regularly need to be at LAX. The neighborhood is evolving and has beautiful restaurants and bars, several supermarkets and most importantly is safe. The buildings amenities are like a luxury hotel. May 8, 2025This is probably one of the best managed buildings I have ever lived in. I have lived in many different buildings and never have I seen the staff especially the manager Brandon care so much about what people think and how to improve their experience. The building is so well run and so clean. There really are no issues and in fact even go above and beyond to predict what can go wrong. Brandon always has a smile on his face and wants to know how your experience is and how he can make it better. I ...truly appreciate employees likes him that care about how your doing and how he can make it better. I want to give another shout out to the maintenance staff that always work so hard and complete your work orders so promptly. Both Hernan and Robert are great. Hernan is one that particularly stands out because he is so knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to get the job done. The building location is also great.
