        Initially, we loved everything about this building, an any small inconveniences were outweighed by how great the staff was and how safe the building felt. Sadly, after an ill advised change in management, many of the things that made this building special have fallen by the wayside.

        It has been terrible living here these past couple months. A pipe burst caused a ton of damage and we were forced to relocate. It’s been two months and there is still a lot of damage in the building, which is making it really hard to live here. We were told we would be getting a month of free rent because of the situation, but now they’re going back on their word. It’s been frustrating, stressful, and disappointing dealing with all of this.

        I love living at ARQ, the location is perfect when you work in DTLA or regularly need to be at LAX.         The ARQ Residences is an excellent building. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The place is spotless and the public spaces are amazing. It is a great "home." I m oved to LA from NYC in September and I really feel like a have a great place to live in Los Angeles.
