        I love living at ARQ, the location is perfect when you work in DTLA or regularly need to be at LAX. The neighborhood is evolving and has beautiful restaurants and bars, several supermarkets and most importantly is safe. The buildings amenities are like a luxury hotel. Private, quiet and a luxurious environment.

        The ARQ Residences is an excellent building. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The place is spotless and the public spaces are amazing. It is a great "home." I m oved to LA from NYC in September and I really feel like a have a great place to live in Los Angeles.

        This is probably one of the best managed buildings I have ever lived in. I have lived in many different buildings and never have I seen the staff especially the manager Brandon care so much about what people think and how to improve their experience. The building is so well run and so clean. There really are no issues and in fact even go above and beyond to predict what can go wrong. Brandon always has a smile on his face and wants to know how your experience is and how he can make it better. I ...
        truly appreciate employees likes him that care about how your doing and how he can make it better. I want to give another shout out to the maintenance staff that always work so hard and complete your work orders so promptly. Both Hernan and Robert are great. Hernan is one that particularly stands out because he is so knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to get the job done. The building location is also great. I would highly recommend moving in here!

        Very unprofessional staff including leasing agents, the building won’t get clean on the weekends, some staff bring their relatives/friends to use the amenities. It’s very noisy. it takes forever to get to your apartment because The traffic is crazy in La cienega most of the time. The neighborhood is not safe especially during night

        ARQ is truly an amazing place to live in. Overall, the management and concierge team is professional, passionate, and friendly. The apartment is well-established, spacious, and has amazing views and facilities. The building is home to fascinating amenities and well-equipped with almost all the comforts needed. The cleaning team conducts cleaning work almost by the hour. Maintenance, however quick to respond to inquiries, needs improvement as I stated.
