We like to tell the public the truth, and Abberly Chase has seriouse sanitation issues. Partially from poor maintenance, and poor developement. They must have scimped in plumbing and sewage because you can smell your neighbors fecol matter from "Shared plumbing". At night you can smell sewer gasses from their street drains. Abosolutly sickening. The ...
pool is not chemicaly maintained and well over 100 degrees. Our family contracted foliculitus from our pool. Still needing medical attention. And no one uses it due to the extreem heat and water tempratures. The trash compactor is full twice a week, and we residents have no other choice but to keep piling it outside the dumpster until it reaches the road. The smell in this heat is unbarable. Hence the serious sanitation issues.
