    I am enjoying my home at Abberly NoDa Vista! The gym has great equipment, is well-maintained, and open 24 hours. I use it daily! I love that the community has no breed or weight restrictions and has a huge dog park! Our pups love to run around and meet their neighbors.

  • Amazing stay in the guest suite!

    The suite was spacious, clean and filled with all the amenities one needs while vacationing. It really felt like a home away from home. Plus- we had all the amenities of the apartment like the dog park, pool, on site parking that really made this such a fun experience. I will 100% be back and definitely recommend anyone visiting the area to take advantage of the guest suite. You will not regret it!!

    I was recently in the area touring the NoDa district, and while there are a multitude of apartment options, Abberly Noda Vista stood out. This community was clean and inviting. The interior style felt like a continuation of the overall neighborhood. The apartment layout was bright and spacious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The price point was great for the area. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in Charlotte.

    This apartment is ok. Cons: The grounds are an eye sore. For being a new building it already looks run down. They need to do some serious power washing of the building and pavement, lay some fake grass or mulch so it’s not just mud everywhere when you step outside. No one picks up after their dogs. Cheapest appliances: I think they have the first ever made dishwasher which is beyond loud and cheap stackable washer and dryer. Neighbors: zero respect for each other. If you want peace and quiet move ...
    elsewhere because the walls are made of paper. Parking garage: they don’t have parking passes and people just tailgate in. Zero security so it’s very sketchy. Pros: gym is nice and they do a good job of cleaning with covid. There’s always workers in the hall cleaning. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond to issues. Overall way better apartments available in Charlotte for a similar price.

  • Great place — will only get better

    Pros: Convenient to NoDa (walk/scooter) and to uptown via CATS station across the street. Building is new and well appointed with all the amenities you would expect. Pool, resident lounge, onsite gym, etc. Decent value compared to comparable properties. Cons: Neighborhood is a work in progress and building is surrounded with light industry and vacant lots. 25th street bridge is under construction which will be beautiful when completed, but for now there is construction noise during the ...
    week. Minor complaints are the outdoor grills are electric instead of gas, so little better than using an indoor air-fryer. Haven’t been able to take full advantage of the amenities yet due to Covid, but not the fault of the property. Gym hours and other features are limited during pandemic.

    I found about this complex from a resident who moved in when it first opened and after comparing it to other complexes in different neighborhoods, the location/amenities/price of Warp + Weft were unmatched. Great proximity to the LYNX/breweries/Optimist Hall(!!!)/grocery/and everything in NoDa. I moved in Oct and the staff helped me find the exact unit that fit my needs in terms of views/cost. Highly recommend to those moving to the area

  • I really like living here

    good view of the city and the sky. spending a good amount of time indoors recently makes it hard on everyone, but the people and the residents are always so cheerful and nice. nice poolside area and the events are cool too. i like the resident lounge although we cant stay in there too long for obvious reasons. 10/10

    My experience was amazing. Me and my boyfriend moved to Charlotte a few months ago and were looking for apartments. When we came across Alta Warp & Weft we had nothing but the best service. Ramatu gave me a tour of the community. They had great amenities such as a pool that looks like it belongs in a 5 star hotel, an incredible gym, resident lounge, and our personal favorite, the community GARDEN. Plus, so much more. On another day, my boyfriend came to tour with Shelsea due to our deferring work ...
    schedules and was equally wowed. The rooms are huge and up to date, I have closets that’s as spacious as the bedroom with a washer and dryer in it. The overall community is friendly and peaceful. The Manager Alicia has also been very accommodating. She gave us updates from the application process and what was needed whenever we called with a question in our transition to becoming permanent residents here. Truthfully, the entire staff here work very well together to make us feel at home even through the journey of applying. My boyfriend and I are so happy to come home to our new apartment and to know that there is a staff willing to go above and beyond at any time is refreshing.
