Quiet and great location
February 11, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI enjoy my apartment! I am amazed at how quiet it is, a sign of a well built building. My unit was picture perfect with new appliances and has a nice layout for a one bedroom. I appreciate the gated community and that the doors have smart locks. In order to enter your building, you need to use a Fob. I am spoiled by the trash service; you leave it by your front door and they pick it up. The amenities include a clean gym and a welcoming common area that even has a kitchen for entertaining. I am ...thankful that they offer short term leases, but I could see myself doing a full term if I was staying longer. Access to I-95 is four minutes away, and plenty of shopping within a one mile radius. I highly recommend Abberly at Southpoint for singles (like me) and for the families and respectful pet owners I see everyday.
