At Aberdeen Parke we stive to create an environment you are proud to call home. We are a smaller community where residents know one another. We have local owners and professional management to ensure that the community is well maintained and cared for. We recently completed an exterior renovation to upgrade our look and provide better insulation. Our community features one and two bedroom homes and we include heating costs in the rent to help you save on your utility bills. Large, sunny rooms.
December 13, 2018Big sunny rooms, lots of storage space, balcony. Heat is part of tent but not always reliable. Shower water pressure only fair with many variations in temperature. I’ve had ants spiders and roaches. If maintenance has to let you in, they charge $75, will also charge for unnecessary repairs.Review from Apartments.com
