Luxury, not at all!
June 14, 2024I loved living here initially however I deal with trash laying all around the chute, loud people, squeaky floors, fire alarms, dog poop in the hallways and horrible WiFi. I forgot to mention stolen pages and I am still waiting for the “camera review” from staff. No one has messaged me back after said review and it’s been 3 weeks. Customer service has decreased and the property is a mess. The only thing I like is the views and that’s it.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional
February 12, 2024I moved to Ablon about a year ago; The internet is horrible, the elevators never work and unless you are ready to constantly have to leave your apartment because of false fire drills this is not the place for you. I also found out that there was very very few cameras in their parking garage, I sadly found this out after I had the window of my car shattered while I was parked in the garage. When I eventually expressed my concerns after one of the many false fire alarms, I did not hear anything ...back besides the words "Please only talk to us about your concerns". The audacity of that statement alone makes my skin crawl, I am very disappointed by this "Luxury Property".Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional and sketchy
November 22, 2022My mother was trying to find another place to live. She saw this apartment and loved how it looked and came to view them. She applied, waited and waited to see if she was approved. It was not until a week later she had to contact them herself to see what was going on with the application. They nonchalantly said she has been approved. My mother was confused because she has lived in other apartments and they usually let you know no less than 48 hrs after you apply if you have been approved. She ...looked past this odd “mishap” because maybe something happened to cause a delay. I was not even aware of this but they even made her pay a deposit as well when she applied. Isn’t that odd? I have never heard of an apartment doing this. Since she works from home, she needs to connect her monitor directly to a router. They claimed there was a connection in the bedroom but they only had one in the closet. She only found this out the week before move in. She was trying to see if they could get another put in the bedroom or living room but they were being unresponsive and leaving her out of the loop. In the couple of weeks this was going on, they never sent her a lease to sign either. Shouldn’t they have sent it to her as soon as she had to contact them herself a week later to find out she was approved? Even after a month being approved and a week before the move in date she never received her lease! In the end she decided to back out because if all of this was happening even before she moved in, she couldn’t imagine what was going to happen if she did. Now that she told them that she was not going through with it, then they finally decide to contact her and ask why. She explained all of the issues and and she requested they give her deposit back. They claimed there was a clause in the application that prevented the return of the deposit which is funny because they never explained that to her before signing. They then suggested she contact management about it but of course they said the same thing. This place is very unprofessional and overall sketchy. It may look nice and a great place to live but do not be fooled. I would not be surprised if they have done similar to other applicants just to pocket the deposit and application fees. No wonder they only have 20% capacity.Property Manager Responded
