July 30, 2025Only move here for a year if they’re offering a concession after that you’re screwed and you’re paying market rate rent. There are no incentives to remain at this community. Also, unless you like dealing with different managers on a regular basis, don’t move here either. They never keep their promise and you end up doing more of the work chasing down a solution to the problem in your unit when this is what they are paid for. Happy renting!Property Manager Responded
